I purchased a wig after seeing Simply Sherrill's video on YouTube. It's nothing like hers and it looks like a hot mess.
I reached out to them by email and they responded five days later, then asked me to accept a $15 refund and keep the wig. I told them no and asked them to send me a return label. They haven't responded in two days and I would like to return the wig.
Shaking my head, can someone help me? Because they're a fraud.

No ! After mailing back the item paying for shipping myself, they have only reimbursed me the shipping and it’s been over two days.

Looks like a child put it together. You pay for things to be customized and it is not and the customer service people because you do speak the different people that send you email once a day Tried to make it seem like you dont know what youre talking about. Ive showed them pictures from their websites to what is shown on YouTube to what I received and they still tried to downplay it worse company ever do not waste your money. I never spoke to anyone about the wigs I received first of all they were the wrong wigs and one was synthetic so I was not pleased at all.False advertising if someone would call #762-286-****.

The items were delivered late. They didn't look like they did on the website.
I emailed them letting them know that I was disappointed and needed to return the 3 wigs. I paid 53.02 dollars but was told I will be given 10 dollars back and keep the items. I then told them there is absolutely no way I can wear the wigs and want my full refund. They keep responding telling me they'll refund 10, then 15, then 20 and back to 20.
There is no phone on the website so I cannot call them.
Also, the package came from California but they keep sending me a funky China address stating I must return it there on my own dime. Also, my cc was processed in Great Britain...all this has caused me to think it's fraudulent.

Tangling issues within first 2 months
- New customer reports wig tangling badly in the back after two months.
- Support advised washing, heat protectant, and less heat; tangling persisted.
This was my first time ordering from the company, had watched multiple videos from their paid models on YouTube and they all presented a great story about the quality of the hair, so I ordered. Received the unit in November 2023, a week prior to Thanksgiving.
Started wearing the wig at the end of November and had no issues until mid January 2024. The wig tangles really bad in the back and wil not move properly unless a comb or brush is used. Finger combing does not work because the hair is stiff. I reached out to my first wig on January 24, 2024 to see if they could offer suggestions, since it has been a little under two months of wear.
They suggested washing, using heat protectant and less heat.
I followed their instructions but the unit still tangling in the back. I dont understand why they state on their website that the unit can last up to a year, when the unit starts to cause problems within 2 months of wear.
I would not recommend this company for wigs.

Wigs are NOT what's advertised on the website! Cannot return them because it costs more than the sorry wigs themselves.
