When I ordered I did not receive any type of confirmation neither by email or a reference number. My credit card was charged. Please let me know what is the status of my order.

I ordered a black 6" short bob curly wig, price $31.99, $9.98 shipping totalling $41.97 paid via PayPal. I received a brown front lace wig which I have no use for.

Initially I sent email to york@***.com, that email address transitioned to myfirstwig. I would like to return brown wig and for what I originally ordered.

I need instructions on what to do. Thanks for a speedy reply.

Did not receive what I ordered. They offered $10 refund or return wig for refund. They suggested I take $10 refund because postage is very expensive to return item overseas.

My first time ordering from this garbage company I can't believe it took almost 4 weeks for this wig to arrive and that's just half of it, it also came with a smell that was horrific. Then yal have the nerve to get known people to advertise your product.

Once again false advertisement. This company will not last for.

The zip code was wrong on the delivery address and I want to get them redelivered to the right address. I've been trying to call the company no response and I don't have street address to the company.

Ordered 3 wigs and none of the wigs look like what was on the website. Poor quality the style wasn't even a style.

Took 8 days to get a 20.00 dollar refund when I paid 60.00 dollars. I guess you get whst you pay for.

Never again will I order from this company. Then I took like 3 weeks for them to deliver these ugly wigs

I need to cancel my order while its still being processed. There is no customer service or anyway to get *** of anyone.
